About the series
Anne is seventeen and lives in a small town in North Jutland. She can see things that have already happened, and it has made her an outsider. When she has a vision of a red-haired girl being murdered, red-haired girls marked with the same rune start turning up dead.
Anne has to find the killer, and the trail leads her into Norse mythology, where gods and old prophecies about Ragnarok turn out to be very real.
The series has become known far beyond Denmark and is one of the best examples of Danish fantasy for young readers.

My thoughts
It’s great to see Norse mythology set in a Danish landscape you can recognise. It proves that Danish fantasy can easily stand on its own two feet.
